1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products nationwide within Bangladesh.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
  Delivery time may vary due to public holidays, natural disasters, political issues, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are applicable based on location and will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after confirmation via phone call or SMS.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

• Provide accurate name, address, and contact number
• Be available to receive the product
• Check the product at the time of delivery

6. Failed Delivery

If the customer is unreachable or refuses to receive the product without valid reason, BuyZen Plus reserves the right to cancel future orders.

7. Partial Delivery Delay

If any product becomes unavailable, we may deliver the available items first or contact the customer for further instructions.
